  • Your Facebook Messenger information if you get in contact via Messenger.
  • Your Instagram name if you make comments on our posts.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Making a comment or query to us directly via contact form, email, Messenger, Facebook or Instagram.

We may use the information that you have given us in order to get in contact with you to respond to your queries, to keep you up-to-date with what is happening at Oldbird, or to let you know about our latest products if we think you may be interested in them.

We will NOT share this information to a third party without your express consent.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

Your information is securely stored.

We keep your contact details for two years. We will then dispose of your information by deleting it.
